Dr. Johnson and her staff really go the extra mile to treat their patients like valued customers. From her receptionist, Jill, to the rest of her office staff, they are always friendly and extremely responsive. On numerous occasions I've had to make a last minute appointment, ask for a prescription refill over the phone, or merely needed to discuss a medical condition with Dr. Johnson. Her office always makes an effort to accommodate me. For example, I was leaving for a business trip and needed a medication refill that same morning. Her receptionist, Jill, made sure I was able to consult with Dr. Johnson and had a refill that same morning. I contracted a stomach virus during that same trip and Dr. Johnson's staff made sure she was immediately available to see me upon my return .

I appreciate that Dr. Johnson is truly concerned about my health, always taking the time to ask about my general well-being, and taking a preventative approach.
